POSTER SESSIONS

A. GUIDELINES

1. Exhibit Area: Mezzanine Area, Reception Hall

2. Presenters: Only registered authors / co-authors are authorized to present the poster during the congress. There are 375 posters to present over the entire 3-day period.

3. Poster Schedule: Poster exhibits per day will be by thematic category. An average of 125 posters are scheduled per day. Presenting authors are requested to be on post at the exhibit area during viewing schedule (lunchbreaks and coffee breaks) to address queries from poster viewers.

4. Mounting  of Posters. In designated schedule, exhibit staff will be around to assist in mounting the posters. Please note that except on the first day, prior day mounting is only allowed after the parallel and poster sessions for the day are concluded at 17:30 in the afternoon.

Posters shall be removed 17:30 pm on the day of the exhibit. This is to give way to the next poster to be mounted. Congress organizers are not held responsible for posters not removed beyond exhibit schedule. Double sided tape, tacks and technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters.

 

5.Technical Specs of Poster (Details to be communicated later)

  • Poster shall use PORTRAIT style
  • Poster size is 152cm long; 95cm wide
  • Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
  • Poster Components:  Title, Authors (w/ co-authors & institutional affiliation following the abstract format), Objectives, Methodology, Results, Summary, Conclusion.
  • Text and illustrations should be readable enough from a distance of two meters.


6. Poster Board Assignment. Panel board assignment per poster will be posted at the entrance of the exhibit area. For this purpose, online poster registration (included as a section in registration form) is required.


7. Announcements. As the congress draws near, for further reference, presenters are advised to visit the web page for POSTER SESSIONS. Updates will be incorporated in the Final Program which will be available for distribution as early as the afternoon of 10 September through the congress proper.
